Oh My Precious Pearl!!!

Where were you My Precious Pearl a year ago
In the wombs of the ocean trying to be discovered it said
My Mother Oyster Shell nurtured me with care and balance
She held me safe through the tides of ocean with tranquility and silence
To create something so beautiful as a Pearl to share

I'm beautiful only when the time is right
To be picked out of my secret shell and brought out into the light


 

You Know your real friends when in bad times!!


Somehow I never understood this statement when everything was fine with me. I only realized the  inner meaning when I was going through bad times.

There are different kinds of people in this world:


A) The Good Listeners:

Some are very close to you, they listen to each word that comes out of your mouth very carefully. You may think they are so concerned and they don’t pass judgments about you like others. But the day when they open their mouth you know how judgmental they are; how they prove they are very good at what they are doing, and how bad your life is. They listen very carefully to project their doings are very correct than what you are today.


B) Mr. Correct:

There are some others who try to prove what they think about your life is the correct way of living.


C) Self Centers:

There are others who are very friends with you, they use you when they want, and when you need some help from them,  they have 100 reasons not to be available for you. They are the kind of friends who use you when they want, and they behave that you are everything for them at that time. When you call for help you won’t hear from them again.


D) The Players:

And these kinds act as if you are their best friend and at the same time show you how they can separate you when they are with their other groups. They play according to their convenience.They want to show themselves as the best. You think they are friends with you and they would treat you the same at all the times, but there is another side to them you might have not known , and you will find that when they are with their close knit of friends , and if you try to fit in they will separate you.

E) The One Sided:


You are their best friend when they are in bad shape and they need a shoulder to cry. They tell you everything that is going on  in their life and how sad they are. But once that incident is over and they are all happy and life is good, they don’t even think of you. They don’t bother to even ask how you are doing or what you are going through.


F) The Needy:

These are the kind who wait for an opportunity, they will know your situation very well . They try to empathize with you, and you will believe that they are there for you if ever you need them. But you don’t know that they are plotting their own plan form behind. They are helping you because they need something form you. You will only know or realize that when the time comes, until then you will be ignorant.


G) The untouchables:

These are the kind who are even scared to ask you how you are doing. Why? If  they ask you ,they are scared where you will ask them for help. They don’t want anything form you and they don’t want you to ask them anything.


The lesson which i learned for this is, there is no better person than you, yourself to depend on than anyone. If you are sad about something just divert yourself form it and try to find your way to solve problem than asking for advice. If people know you are going through hard times, for  the most part, it will only make them happy. You are capable enough to take your own decisions.


Conclusion:
Hard times will only make you strong to deal with situations in life in a better way.

I cant take worry for an answer !!

I hear most people say "I'm worried"

Worry is not an answer for your problems, solutions are. When you are worried, you are going no where .You are just lingering in your thoughts which takes you no where then where you are. Instead if you are focused on finding  solutions for your problems, you are working towards your goal and you will surely find answers.With worry you  are still sitting there thinking about your problem with no solution.

If you just sit and say "what will happen?" Nothing is going to happen. Instead try to find solutions, keep all your options open. Have plan A,B,C...if one thing fails something else might work.

Start focusing on what you need to do, than what might happen. Life is too short to just be worried. Act on your problems and you will surely find solutions.

There is always something good in every situation you are in, Just that you should be willing to see it and enjoy it while it last.

When we are going through hard times in life, its always difficult to focus on good things. As our mind is bend upon the things that are not happening , than what we have. Each situation is handled in different ways by different people. What might be something very small for me, might be a big issue for someone else. It's all in the perspective, how you want to look at it. 

Its difficult for anyone to change at once. When you know your weakness and you are willing to change,you need to practice the change.Its one step at a time, its a constant practice of your mind. It worked for me , i practiced it , telling myself that i want to change as i dint like what i was.No one can change you unless you help yourself with constant dedication.


Consistency is the key for anything. Its a constant practice for one to enjoy life and find happiness in the things you have and appreciate what you have, than focusing on what you want and what you dont have.

Each day is beautiful , enjoy it !!
